Mission Statement
Monroe Township Girls Softball is a non-profit organization committed to providing all girls who are Monroe Twp residents or attend Monroe Twp Public Schools with an experience that fosters positive self-esteem, team spirit, and individual growth through personal achievement and as a team member. MTGSA is committed to the development of athletic capability and sportsmanship by focusing on teaching the fundamentals of softball in an environment that supports all skill levels.

We are comprised of passionate community members, the board oversees the organization’s operations, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently. They are committed to promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and skill development while also engaging with families and volunteers to enhance the overall experience. Together, they work tirelessly to support the growth and success of our softball community.
